All coaches wishing to be involved with LYS must complete and return a
CORI form. This is a requirement both from LYS and the Massachusetts
Youth Soccer Association. CORI forms are maintained for the safety of our
children so as not to put them in harms way. CORI forms are good for one
year so if you have not filled one out, please print a copy and mail in to
LYS for processing. All coaches wishing to be involved with LYS must complete and return a
Zero Tolerance form. This is a requirement of LYS All coaches wishing to be involved with LYS Travel must complete and return a Coaches Application to LYS The LYS Board has revised the Players Uniform Policy. Please take a minute to read the
Uniform Policy.
It is important to remember that our referees come from our traveling
teams. They are young and will make mistakes but their rulings are final!
If there is an issue with a call, calmly ask about it during the half or
at the end of the game. DO NOT berate the ref. The league will not
tolerate it. The ruling might be a misunderstanding of the rules by
either the ref or the coach. If there is an issue with a ref that can not
be resolved calmly, inform a Board Member and we will look into it.
